As a teenager, some of my fondest memories are from the long nights and weekends I spent wrenching away in my father’s garage, working on a 1965 Shelby Cobra replica. This project was a first for both us, as neither he nor I knew the first thing about working on a car. Looking back, that first project was really where I first found my passion for anything with four wheels and an engine. I took my passion a step further when I started taking photographs of cars in my college years, attending as many car shows and motorsports events as I could just to get practice. I even had several of my own builds in those years, from a Mustang GT I used to drive on the big track at Willow Springs, to a hot-hatch VW Golf that didn’t only get me to and from my first job. Cars are much more than a mode of transportation for me – they’re an obsession.
This a collection of some my most recent work with vehicles that stay on the pavement.
